Terms of Service

1. Digital Products: Usage and License

All digital products — including but not limited to online courses, downloadable materials, templates, guides, and recorded webinars (“Digital Products”) — sold or distributed by Codecraft Advisory LLC are and shall remain the intellectual property of Codecraft Advisory LLC.

When you purchase or access a Digital Product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the material for your own personal or internal business purposes only. This license does not grant ownership of the product or any associated intellectual property rights.

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or distribute any portion of a Digital Product.
  • Share, sell, sublicense, rent, or publicly display the content to third parties.
  • Post or upload any materials to public websites, social media, or shared drives.
  • Use the material for commercial resale, training resale, or derivative works without prior written consent.

Violations of these terms may result in license termination, account suspension, and potential legal action to protect Codecraft Advisory LLC’s intellectual property rights.

2. Access and Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate or scheduled access to your purchased Digital Product via the email address or account associated with your purchase.

  • Some products may have download limits or access expiration dates as specified at the time of sale.
  • Codecraft Advisory LLC is not responsible for access delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical issues on the customer’s end.

3. Live Webinars

Live webinars are offered as part of Codecraft Advisory LLC’s professional training and consulting services. We make every effort to ensure each session is conducted on time, with stable connectivity and expert facilitation.

However, Codecraft Advisory LLC is not responsible for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Internet connectivity problems, device failures, or software issues on the participant’s side.
  • Power outages, system maintenance, or third-party platform disruptions (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel a live webinar in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements (such as a recording or new session date) will be offered.

Recordings of live webinars may be made available to registered participants for a limited period, at the sole discretion of Codecraft Advisory LLC. Participants are not permitted to record, reproduce, or redistribute the webinar content without prior written authorization.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once access has been granted or a live session has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

In certain exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate transactions or system errors), refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Codecraft Advisory LLC.

5. Liability Disclaimer

All digital products and webinars are provided for educational and informational purposes only. While Codecraft Advisory LLC strives to ensure accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes, business performance, or compliance certifications resulting from the use of our materials or participation in webinars.

By purchasing or participating, you agree to hold Codecraft Advisory LLC, its affiliates, and instructors harmless from any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products or webinar services.
