Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Codecraft Advisory LLC, we value our clients and strive to provide high-quality digital learning experiences, training materials, and webinars. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
All digital products — including but not limited to downloadable materials, templates, online courses, and recorded webinars — are delivered instantly upon purchase.
Because access is granted immediately, all digital product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital file, recording, or access link has been delivered.
Exceptions may be made only in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase of the same product.
- Technical error resulting in non-delivery (e.g., you were charged but never received access).
If you believe an error occurred, please contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase at 📧 support email with your order number and proof of payment.
2. Live Webinars and Online Events
Your purchase of a live webinar seat secures access to a specific event date and time.
- Cancellations by Participant:
Since webinar access is limited and spots are reserved, no refunds are issued for participant cancellations or failure to attend. However, if you notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled session, we may offer:- A one-time credit transfer toward a future webinar of equal value, or
- Access to the recorded version (if available).
- Cancellations or Rescheduling by Codecraft Advisory LLC:
If a webinar is rescheduled or canceled due to technical issues, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified immediately.
You may then choose to:- Attend the rescheduled session,
- Receive access to the recording, or
- Request a full refund for that specific event.
3. Online Courses and Subscriptions
If you enroll in an online course or membership program that includes ongoing access:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused course time.
4. Technical Issues
If you encounter technical issues accessing your product or webinar, please contact our support team immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue within 24–48 hours.
Refunds are only issued when:
- The issue originates from our system, and
- We are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
